'Bernarda' is an original play in one act, based on Fredrico Garcia Lorca's 'La Casa de Bernarda Alba' or 'The House of Bernarda Alba'. It combines much of the original story with elements of modern theatre. The unhappy storyline makes for uncomfortable watching but this tragic play makes for an unforgetable evening. The play is about a mother, her five daughters, their housemaid and their grandmother who's kept locked in a cupboard, this clever mix of comic trragedy makes for unmissable watching.
